Since 2016, I started working in a Real Estate company, Star holding and Panamericana.

It was a company with a Dutch owner, with 6 different companies, where most likely as a real estate business.

In addition to my administrative work, I had been given the preference to sell. Since the owner had several houses for rent, property lands and also a huge development property land with large subdivision plots in a project for sale.

In a very short period of time, I had sold a large piece of property land and also a house with 4 apartments.

I was very enthusiastic and have my goals to be a project developer.

Because the owner went to the Netherland for medical reason for a period, I had bought a consultancy NV in 2018, which I managed. And work in my sole proprietorship business as a Real Estate broker, namely MVB Real Estate.

In 2019, I opened a vba and started working as a project developer for different owners.

I did 5 projects:  Sombre, Shaba, Kudawecha, Ponton and Tanki Leendert.  
All projects were sold out and approved.

I got the motivation to project a subdivision plan for myself.

Sombre: was my 1^st development plan project in 2019, it was sold out and approved in 2020.

I got quite a lot of experience from this and am 100% sure that the huge project in Tanki Leendert with 14 plots, will also be successful project as well!
