Caribbean Palm Village for $5000 per week 3 individual fixed weeks (10,11,12) in March. The maintenance fees yearly are $731.00 per unit.

Each unit is poolside, a big plus… Weeks 10 and 12 are first floor, and week 11 is 2nd-floor with pool view.
They are lovely 1 bedroom 2 bath units – very large, with everything that is needed (dishes, pans, silverware, dish detergents, soaps, etc..)
There is a fitness center, two pools, two hot tubs, a spa, two or three barbeque locations, tennis, laundry facilities).
Just recently CPV has done major renovations and it is very clean. The staff is very friendly. As you may know, they have free transportation and access to two or three beaches and this year golfing is available. Walk to grocery stores, restaurants, banks, drugstores.
